Sr. Director: En su edición de hoy aparece un gráfico el que se observa que el Proyecto Olmos tendría 2 hidroeléctricas. Esta electricidad, que hubiera servido a 4 millones de peruanos, NUNCA se va a producir, porque Odebrecht no ha construido la represa de acuerdo al diseño original, cambiándolo y no construyendo la pantalla subterránea impermeabilizante a la profundidad debida, a pesar del reclamo de la supervisora CSO….Este detalle da lugar a que la represa NUNCA llegue a tener la altura definitiva de 85 m. de los 42 m. actuales y el embalse solo será de 406 millones de m3. en lugar de los 2,000 millones de m3. del diseño. El grave daño al Perú es que en lugar de irrigarse 200,000 Has. Y generarse 1,250 MW, solo se irrigarán 35,000 Has. Y CERO electricidad….Este crimen tuvo el respaldo de AGP, quien firmó los D.S. 055-2007 , 059- 2007 por los cuales quita el 47% del rio Huancabamba a Olmos para entregárselos a un proyecto que no tenía los estudios para su construcción….De este escándalo no hablan ni Barata, ni Odebrecht, ni la fiscalía, ni la prensa……. Por otro lado la convocatoria de Proinversión indicaba que Odebrecht debía invertir $ 35 millones y resulta cobrando MÁS DE $ 700 MILLONES, con asesoramiento de Westfield ( PPK)…..En la segunda concesión H2O (Odebrecht) con asesoramiento de First Capital (PPK) firma contrato por $ 222 millones y está cobrando $ 580 millones…De esta monumental estafa, cuyos documentos que la prueban los tengo en mi poder, nadie habla….atentamente Luis Montenegro Gómez -DNI 07838867.
