DENUNCIAN ANTE EL MINISTERIO PÚBLICO AL PRESIDENTE DEL INSTITUTO PERUANO DEL DEPORTE (IPD) OSCAR FERNÁNDEZ CÁCERES.

La demanda presentada en la Fiscalía Provincial Penal Corporativa Especializada en Delitos de Corrupción de Funcionarios de Lima, por el ciudadano Francisco Espinoza Sánchez, identificado con DNI 08644175 incluye también a otros funcionarios que resulten responsables durante la investigación preliminar por los presuntos delitos de: Agrupación ilícita para delinquir, negociación incompatible o aprovechamiento indebido del cargo, atentado contra documentos, concusión, peculado, colusión simple y agravada, cohecho pasivo impropio, cohecho activo genérico y omisión de denuncia en agravio del estado.

La fundamentación de la misma, está basada en la licitación irregular de otorgamiento de la Buena Pro a Favor del Consorcio Deportivo conformado por las empresas Dalse S.A y Tecnología y Equipamiento, quienes se encargarían de adquirir y suministrar bicletas de alta competencia y accesorios para el CAR de ciclismo de la Villa Deportiva de San Luis por un monto que superaba los 2 millones de soles.

Según el escrito; el demandado Jefe del IPD Oscar Fernández, en lugar de disponer se formule la denuncia correspondiente, la omite y emite una resolución(N°042-2018-IPD/P) con fecha 8 de marzo resolviendo declarar nulo de oficio el contrato N° 002-2018.ADQ-Lima-IPD-Consorcio Deportivo de fecha 17 de enero de 2018 suscrito con el cuestionado Consorcio Deportivo.

The foundation of the same, is based on the irregular bidding of awarding the Good Pro in favor of the Sports Consortium formed by the companies Dalse SA and Technology and Equipment, who would be responsible for acquiring and supplying high competition bicycles and accessories for the CAR of cycling of the Sports Village of San Luis for an amount exceeding 2 million soles.

According to the brief; the defendant Head of the IPD Oscar Fernández, instead of having made the corresponding complaint, he omits it and issues a resolution (No. 042-2018-IPD / P) dated March 8, declaring null and void the contract No. 002 -2018.ADQ-Lima-IPD-Sports Consortium dated January 17, 2018 signed with the questioned Sports Consortium.
