La
congresista pagó 10 mil soles para recibir constancias falsas de estudios. La
decisión fue tomada gracias a la mayoría de votos fujimoristas.
La
Comisión de Ética se reunió este lunes 2 de abril para debatir diversos temas;
entre ellos, la denuncia que se le realizó a la congresista fujimorista Yesenia
Ponce por presuntamente haber pagado a un exdirector de un colegio para obtener
certificados falsos de estudios.
La
decisión que se tomó, debido a la mayoría fujimorista, fue que la denuncia
contra Yesenia Ponce quede archivada, frente a al destape de Cuarto Poder de
que la congresista habría pagado 10 mil soles a Daniel Soto, exdirector del
centro educativo de donde habría estudiado.
El
programa también señaló que Aldo Rodríguez Rivera, excolaborador de la
legisladora, tiene en su poder un voucher que comprobaría que el pago existió.
En la campaña electoral de
2016, la Fiscalía denunció a Yesenia Ponce ante el Jurado Nacional de
Elecciones (JNE), debido a los datos que incluyó en su hoja de vida. En su
defensa, la parlamentaria dijo que terminó su educación secundaria cuando tenía
20 años, entre 1995 y 1996, en el colegio Niño de Belén, en el
distrito de Villa María del Triunfo.
