Gracias
a la voluntad de la sociedad civil comprometida, en tan sólo 5 días, la
petición ¡Justicia para Arlette! que pedía a la Oficina de Control de la
Magistratura del Poder Judicial (OCMA) investigar el fallo del Poder Judicial
de Ayacucho que dejó libre al agresor Pozo, alcanzó más de 18,000 firmas. El 19
de febrero, a tan solo 4 días de iniciada la petición, la OCMA anunció que
investigará las presuntas irregularidades.

Si
bien hemos alcanzado nuestro primer objetivo aún falta mucho para que el caso
ejemplar de Arlette Contreras halle JUSTICIA. Por ello, es muy importante
continuar con la difusión de esta petición.
Ahora,
nuestro segundo objetivo es exigir a la CORTE SUPREMA que REVOQUE Y/O DECLARE
LA NULIDAD DE LA SENTENCIA.
El
8 de marzo haremos entrega a la Corte Suprema de todas las firmas recolectadas
en un acto público.

Not one less Peru: They touch one, they touch all
Thanks to the will of the committed civil society, in just 5 days, the request Justice for Arlette! that asked the Office of Judicial Control of the Judiciary (OCMA) to investigate the ruling of the Judiciary of Ayacucho that freed the attacker Pozo, reached more than 18,000 signatures. Now, our second objective is to demand that the SUPREME COURT REVOKE AND / OR DECLARE THE NULLITY OF THE SENTENCE.
